Information you provide

Sanctra uses Firebase Authentication for account sign-in. Account information includes your account identifier, email address, display name and, where supplied by your sign-in provider, a profile image. Your focus desk stores settings, subjects, tasks, calendar items and session records. Session records can include times, durations, subjects and notes.

Public identity and community

Profile identity and appearance, ranked study time and streak information can be displayed to other users in community surfaces. Messages and attachments you send to a group are shared with that group. Support tickets and their attachments are available to the operators handling them. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in public profiles or group messages.

Storage on your device and in the cloud

Sanctra uses browser local storage and Firebase IndexedDB caching for account and study data, preferences and pending changes. Account data is also stored in Cloud Firestore. Signing out clears Sanctra account storage in this browser; signing out does not delete your cloud account or all cloud records.

AI requests

When you use Sanctra AI, your request and the relevant context supplied by that feature are sent through a Cloudflare Worker to Google Gemini. Context can include tasks and focus records; image requests include the image you choose. Usage counts and validation results are stored to operate usage limits and manual-session review. Avoid submitting sensitive information you do not want sent to those providers.

Service providers and measurement

The implementation uses Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, Analytics and Performance Monitoring, and Cloudflare Workers for backend services. Google Analytics and Firebase Performance may collect usage and technical information when supported by your browser. Optional YouTube search and embedded playback connect to Google/YouTube. Loading third-party media links can send ordinary network information to their hosts. These providers process information under their own policies.

Managing your records

You can edit supported study and profile records and remove session entries through the available controls. Reset Study Times & History clears saved session history; it does not represent deletion of your entire account, group messages, support records or every server ledger. Use Support for account-data questions or requests that the interface does not provide. A universal account deletion or export flow is not currently offered by this policy.

Retention and contact

For privacy questions and requests about your account records, use Support in Sanctra. Signing out does not delete cloud records. Removing a supported record through the interface does not necessarily remove related community messages, support records or server ledgers.
